So, below is a probably funny and poor Google translate of the lyrics, but it still tells, what you are singing about and it is a beautiful message too. By the way, to me as a Dane it is funny to see your church architecture. It looks so much like the more modern take on Lutheran churches here in Denmark, both in the exterior and interior.
