Replace your Torque Rod / Engine Mount on your Nissan Sentra.

Step 1: Jack the vehicle up to gain access to the underside.
Step 2: Loosen the bolt on the transmission and subframe.
Step 3: Take pressure off of the transmission with a jack and block of wood.
Step 4: Remove the bolts securing the Torque Rod to the vehicle.
Step 5: Replace the old Torque Rod with the new one.
Step 6: Tighten the bolts on the Torque Rod to the vehicle.
Step 7: Torque the bolts.
You can repair and replace the torque rod / engine mount on your Nissan Sentra easily within 30 minutes. All you need is a 18mm socket wrench and the jack that comes with the vehicle. 3 Bolts, that's all it takes!
My vehicle was shaking at idle, but is now running smooth thanks to this easy fix. I would also hear and feel a thunk/jolt upon putting the vehicle in gear. That is now gone.
