Жыл бұрынWe took the Nissan Serena with my family and friends on a trip to Kuala Selangor over the weekend, and yes, it is certainly a great MPV, and it did an excellent job.
It seats 7 pople comfortably, and is possibly the best large-sized MPV this side of RM170k.
The inside is very weill appointed, with Nappa leather upholstery, and the double sliding doors are really easy to use. I found the dual opening rear door very useful too.
The air-conditioning is perfect and visibility from inside the vehicle is excellent.
This latest Serena S Hybrid has a good balance of power and fuel economy, thanks to its CVTC engine feature abd a CVT: it also has the latest Nissan Intelligent Mobility safety features.

Really nice way to review a family MPV Uncle YS. Truly reflects how it goes in Malaysia when you bring friends and family out in your new family MPV for the first time. Bravo Uncle YS!

For the size, it is quite roomy, spacious and comfort. Power wise good enough with the motor assist push. Looks good too. But....thanks😁

YS. Got mine back in August. It replaces my 2016 Serena C26. Huge improvements! Loving it!

Serena is a nice family car. Love it. The only downside is, it always scratches its bottom on bump and scratches its rear on going up.

Can save a lot on fuel consumption which is 14.2km per litre compared to other 2.0 vehicles..bravo new Serena!

Hi Uncle YS, just like to inform that the restaurant in Le Shore is closed for renovation (trip done in 3rd week Nov.2022). Front desk of hotel informed will reopen next year..targetting before CNY. Fortunately, we just settled at the restaurant next door to Le Shore, viz. Kuala Sungai (Ah Yu) Restaurant..also very peaceful, most probably as it was a Tuesday weekday. Later, bought packs of fish and prawn crackers and also freshly baked "heong peah"" @ 168. Enjoy your next trip to Kuala Selangor.

Masks are now optional, but in public places you are expected to wear them.

How is the nvh when cruising around 100?

Between 90 to 100 seems to be the sweet spot. Very quiet and smooth, and economical on fuel. You get by on a very light throttle.
