nitric acid and copper demo

11 жыл бұрынThis is a demonstration between nitric acid and copper. It also demonstrates complexation of the chloride with copper ion to give the color. A partial vacuum is also demonstrated.

Nice experiment. I would like to see the NO2 gas bubble in ammonia solution to form ammonium nitrate.

nitric acid can actually ignite nitrile and latex gloves on fire...NileRed has a nice video showing this
