Thanks sir amazing video. The answer of your question is that if she are working in Hot after noon may she waste her body fluids in the form of sweat, which causes hypovolemia so it causes less oxygen supply to heart muscle so she must wanna to site down and rest

Nitrates also come in most pre-packaged meats like Salami, Pepperoni, and Jerky, I get them without it, that stuff messes with my acid reflux. >.

Is it actually effective to eat some cured meat or maybe celery or beet powder? I dont have an rx for ng but get angina from ME which is akin to long covid symptoms. So far I rely on big sunshine for NO energy but coming into winter I suffer.

Hypotension from vasodilation- then the body’s negative feedback response to increase blood pressure is to increase heart rate - hence the Tachycardia
