I have been using Fumoto on my vehicles for the past 20 years, Benz, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan, Chevy, Lexus, Honda, and they work great. Fumoto recently came out with the new 133 for Toyota/Lexus that have a larger drain hole to make the drain faster. I just purchased the new 133 to replace the old 103 for Toyota/Lexus in my family. It costs around $40, but it is well worth every penny if you had it on your car for 5-10 years. Always buy from Fumoto directly to avoid counterfeit from elsewhere.

I've watched many of your Tundra videos, and they are always enjoyable, and informative. You helped me with my stage 2 stillen intake on my 2021 platinum, and I wanted to get a nice, clear, concise video showing what I would expect and need for my new 2024 Tundra oil change (I don't like anyone else touching my truck either). Thanks! Exactly what I needed. And I love the fumoto for oil changes too. They should be freakin' standard on any vehicle, its a nobrainer. Had one on my 2021, and will be putting one on my 2024 first change she needs.

@HamnerTime That's for the NEXT times you change oil. It's completely drained before you initially install the Fumoto. Just flip the lever next oil change. No need to reinstall Fumoto.

@@NitroZ18Fishing A six pack of the spray cans off Amazon should do your truck. You also want the long flex wand that attaches to the cans to get deep inside the frame, rockers, behind the tail lights, and inside the doors. Good videos on KZfaq of how to apply it. DIY friendly.

Pro tip: its a lot easier to remove the crush washer / oil drain plug gasket when there is still oil coming out. Basically when its hot. Once it cools down because the lack of oil being in the pan it'll shrink and cause it to stick

Thanks Paul, I appreciate it!!…no gasket with the SX series, it’s an O-ring in its place…I should have shown that a little closer but you can see it when I show how to put the Fumoto together…standard Fumoto still uses gasket but the SX is the O-ring…hope that helps, thanks again!

Having to remove the skid plate is news to me, that is kinda a bummer but not the end of the world. Have you used that oil in your older gen Tundra? In my 17 TRD Pro I once tried an 0W20 with a green energy saving label on it, because my local dealer was out of stock on OEM Toyota oil that I always used in all my Tundras. And it did not like it, on cold start up it would have a knocking/rattle sound, sounded like the timing chain was loose. I swapped it out the next day for OEM Toyota oil from another dealer location and it went away.

Agree, every 5 ,000 miles. Dealers can be ok but our local one is awful, multiple overcharges over the years for simple stuff with each Toyota, but no $$$ loss so far. Most recently let them change the Tundra oil, they recommended $72 for cabin air filter change - for a $25 filter that is easier than changing a light bulb! And worse - $120 for engine air filter - I declined of course, but when I checked it at home both were packed with mice nests. They actually bothered to pull the filters and take pictures to show me, but not tell me what a mess was in there, nor bother to vacuum it out. Man did I complain. @@NitroZ18Fishing
