Bad miss on that first chance. Antony is way too one-footed and predictable. If he could improve his right foot he'd be a big factor. He did a few good things here, but he also messed up a few times and took the bad option when he could have created good chances twice.

No, he doesn't need his right foot to be a big factor. He needs bigger brain. That's IT! If one player smart enough to read the defender body language before deciding to go outside or cut inside, that would be more than enough.

All I see is a player who takes too many touches, a winger who puts 0 crosses into the box and is unable to take on his defender one-on-one. And it shows by his ineffectiveness in the Prem, a grown man's league.

To be fair to Haaland, he had just returned from injury in this match. He was going through a patch of injuries in that period, and looked generally subdued compared to his usual standards. That's what happens when the clubs opts to rush a player back several times before he's fully healed.

@@Eye-it-azz It's not an excuse, it's an explanation behind his generally poor form during that stretch of time. His goalscoring record would've likely been even more ridiculous if that string of injuries hadn't happened. It started a sudden goal drought that took him below the over a goal a game average that he had in the league prior to the first injury that he was rushed back from, and it's the sole reason why some people now think he's injury prone even though there's a specific reason behind why it panned out the way it did.

Antony is still young and raw and with better training and competition against Amad,Rashford,Pellestri and Garnacho on the wings,he will get better!He is not in his prime and we have only seen glimpses but the pressure and impatience at Massive clubs is totally different from Eredivise where you can be a big fish in a small pond;To be fair only FDJ has really cemented himself in a first team since moving!Most are taking their time !

@@alexmuriuki2151 Look at last seasons figures for assists for Anthony(it's not great) having skills+beating 3 opponents is no good without "end product" that's not "British mentality" it's worldwide (Ronaldo was great when 1st came to United with many tricks+capable of beating many players but was frustrating to his team mates+end product wasn't good)Ronaldo thankfully sorted this out be interesting to see how Anthony adapts to a tougher league looking forward to seeing him-what i was saying though was if Greenwood hadn't had his dramas then Anthony wouldn't be at United-Greenwood was just more direct, 2 great feet with a keen eye for goal, would prefer Greenwood on right wing rather than Anthony(obviously don't know but think step up might be too much for Anthony-definetly too much money) Good luck to him fingers crossed 🤞🍀🙏

in my opinion, looking at this game, anthony dribbling skills are not that good, he’s not that type of winger that dribble past the defenders & going in the box, unlike Garnacho..that boy has pace & confidence to beat defenders and move in the box to shoot

This must be the worst right winger in ManU history. Even in this clip he did not beat his defender a single time. United spent 90M for this player and became worse for it. It doesn't reflect well on ETH either who handpicked him and keep insisting starting him most games...

Once again any player is good player if they get service problem is front 3 dont get no service and when they do is impossible to score he falls in front 3 my opinion

I think he’s slow down team attack with unnecessary dribble. Give time to opponents to organise defensive position.
