This is actually a very complicated answer, the layout presented is owned by Delaware Free-moN, which is primarily just one person, and exists largely at his residence. The layout is largely not set up permanently, and is primarily displayed at train shows. As such there is not a "club layout" to visit or run on, but these modules are put together at train shows and in November for an open house. The club running this channel is New Jersey Southern N Trak, and similarly does not have a home base and is predominantly modular, setting up at train shows around the area.
