Nagaland specially Dimapur needs more police personnels... Atleast 10000 new police personnels should be recruited and distrubuted all over Nagaland focusing mainly in Dimapur since it's becoming the hub of all anti social elements... This way not only will it provide jobs to the youths of Nagaland but also boost the law and order situation in Dimapur and Nagaland as a whole....
