You can also just swipe to the right to get rid of the menu option on the right. Great videos as always! Keep them coming!

Wow Paul, your knowledge and determination not to let anything get the best of you never ceases to amaze me. I’m hoping some of your will to do things yourself and determination will inspire me to try doing more things on my own before I automatically think I’m defeated. Hi Paul, great information, just wondering if you ever have encountered the chart direction pointing the wrong direction, my chart plotter was pointing the opposite direction (180degree). This only happen AFTER I connected the Lowrance to the existing Suzuki network.. I did some research and I got to the point where most say Setting-->gps source--select fs9.. but after trying it out, it’s does respond but still wrong direct by 45-90degree……. I also found out the “within the network which ever unit gives out the strong gps signal the network follows.” Doesn’t seem to make sense that the Suzuki has got its own sps or does it for speed.. I don’t know.. thanks……

I have not, but there is a setting to make the direction true north I believe.

Another question….does your lowrance now provide all of the same information that your c-10 gauge did? Including engine fault codes,etc.? Is there any disadvantage to running a lowrance screen in place of the C-10? Thank you!

It doesn’t show fault codes, but I needed a chart plotter so I just hooked it up to that. Suzuki makes upgraded gages but I decided to just keep monitoring it from the Lowrance.
