No Bake Chicken Cordon Bleu with Dijon Cream Sauce

This video will show you how to cook chicken cordon bleu with dijon cream sauce. This recipe suggests the chicken to be deep fried. I used Panko bread crumbs to coat the chicken for this reason because it will provide a nice golden brown color to the dish and a nice crisp texture as well.

Here are the ingredients for chicken cordon bleu:
2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts
3 to 6 pieces sliced ham
3 to 6 pieces Swiss cheese
1 1.2 cups Panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 cups cooking oil
Dijon Cream Sauce
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
Salt to taste

I started the videos back in 2009 using a Pentax point and shoot camera. It is a priced possession because it helped me take this channel to where it is today.
At present, I use Panasonic Hc-X920, Sony FDR-AX100 4K Ultra HD Camcorder, and Nikon D5.

Ilove the way you speak ung pagkaka explain very clear. Tsaka madali lang syang sundan. Ung iba antagal tska d complete dtails. Nkaka takam pa ung mga luto mo kuya. Sa birthday ng baby ko ita try ko ung ibang recipe na gawa mo. Thankyou my guide na ko sa pagluto. More videos pa po! Godbless po!:)

I have cooked this recipe already but I just fried them for 10 mins and baked for another 15 mins. In that way it won't absorb too much oil.
