- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (180 ml)
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp matcha powder, divided
- 3-4 tbsp hot water, divided

- 2 sdm mentega tawar (30 gr), lelehkan

- 1/2 cangkir cokelat putih (85 gr), lelehkan
