【No Butter] Rice Flour Languedosha #glutenfree

◎I made rice flour langdosha with rice oil â

It is lighter than with butter, so I recommend baking it with vanilla or tea! Or even better with chocolate in between!
◎It's quick and easy because you don't have to bring the butter to room temperature!
You can also bake them in a toaster.

Ingredients
(All ingredients except salt are the same amount as egg whites)
Egg whites
Rice oil (or coconut oil)
Maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Rice flour (Mizuhochikara)
Almond flour
Add tea or vanilla to taste if desired.
170°C (338°F) / 12~14 min.
