I still think you have a chance seeing Tommy on their Judas Priest tour because he is staying to school in their new guitarist so take the chanse.

I was shocked he resigned now, as this year is Sabaton anniversary, but I was not surprised. Truth is, keeping up with 2 touring bands, one of them as huge as Sabaton is impossible. Sabaton can go on without Tommy, Majestica can't. Of course that as a Sabaton fan I'm sad, butI think that he did the right thing. This way they are parting as friends and Tommy is not leaving just yet. He will do the North American tour with them and stay to ensure seamless take over by the new guitarist. It was the same when the old guitarist Thobbe left and Tommy took over from him. Other bands should learn from Sabaton how it's done
