TODAY'S RECIPE IS No Egg No Oven Fudgy Brownie Recipe | Eggless Brownie Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Eggless brownie recipe
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
Mix well
Keep aside
Boiling water
Place a heatproof bowl
Butter 100gm
Dark chocolate 100gm
Melt together
Sugar 2/3 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Mix well
Vanilla 1 tsp
8 inch mould
Brush butter
Place baking paper
Spread evenly
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After
5 mins place the mould
Cook in on medium flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Great recipe! I used white chocolate and coco powder since i did not have dark chocolate.. It worked!
