TYM builds one the best tractor for the dollar I’ve seen and I’ve been around the AG industry for 43yrs. This tractor has a Kukje engine and they are phenomenal. I’d choose one of these over most anything else in their class.! With TYM buying them I just hope this merger/consolidation doesn’t hinder Kukje’s great build quality! They’ve actually made tractors for Deere and engines for Cummins! TYM offers 4 models (4&5 series one being the 574) that I’m aware of with Kukje engines that still have a mechanical Bosch injection pump with a completely separate dpf system. Engines will run regardless. Any of you hear heads like myself can read between the lines here I’d hope!

I have checked out TYM at the local dealer. It really is in the same class as Deere and Kubota. TYM is hungry and will be for several years. As someone who bleeds green that is a huge compliment. Stupid people are stupid people. We are all embassadors for many products whether or not we know it. Buy a Harley t-shirt. It looks like a Nascar car. Keep up the great work. Thank you for your great videos (all of your channels) but mostly thank you for your nearly 26 years of service for this great country (it still is great)

Hey Hank, glad you love your TYM. I have the RK37S / TYM and I love it too. The lack of inventory during the plandemic gave me plenty of time to research a lot of different brands. Not gonna lie coming from a rural ag setting it was harder to buy something that wasn't from one of the usual suspects, but after a lot of comparing of all things the TYM just flat out won it for me. I haven't had not one regret yet and I can't say I see any chance of one either. Love your videos, Keep on putting out the great content brother.

Seems like a nice tractor, but the test that I want to see is the one only time can tell, I've got an old Massey 85, think its a 1959 model, and god only knows how many hours are on that old dog. And I can go down right now, and give it a snort of ether and it will fire up and go to work, all these electronics and the emissions stuff, well, I have my doubts. Will some young kid in 50 or 60 years be able to buy your tractor from your estate sale and start his own farmstead? Who knows, I doubt I'll be around to see it.

I wouldn't own any new tractor other than tym kioti or ls I have owned every big brand you can think of from deere to case international, the last 3 I bought was a tym a kioti and a little ls economy tractor. And all 3 of the last ones I have bought have been better machine than the domestic brands or the Kubota I have had ,I have 1500 hours on the kioti 400 hours on the tym and 825 hours on the little ls tractor and other than services have not spent one dime in breakdowns, can't say the same for the deere or the Kubota. I don't ever regret buying my deere but I sure do the Kubota it is to loud and to light for a 100hp tractor to pull plows with, I grow commercial potatoes and vegetables and have 200 head of cattle, the a/c broke on Kubota the first year I had it and never worked a full month the whole 8. Years I owned it , my deere bucket bent like foil in 2 hours moving compost but no other issues . Tym kioti and ls no issues at all ,happy with them

Actually, a chain slightly longer than the width of your bucket and a bottle jack or hiy-lift jack can quickly reshape the bottom edge of your bucket simply by putting the grab hooks at the outer edges of the place where you would bolt that tooth bar with the jack in the center of the bucket with the chain running under the jacks bottom. Perhaps a block of wood if you're concerned about the jack causing a sharp bend instead of a gentle correction.

Hank, thanks for the 300 hr review. I'm buying the exact same tractor in about 4 weeks. The dealer already has it, just a timing thing for me. I'm getting it with a 3rd function valve and loaded rear tires. I've already got a leveling box that I ordered 12 weeks ago. What Hydraulic links did you get? I defiantly want both of them as I'll be maintaining a 1200' gravel drive way and maintaining a 16 acre farm. We raise chickens, pigs and in 2 years well be adding steers. I'm also getting a grapple, and 48" forks. I'm getting some IBC totes from my brother-in-law that has them, he farm in southern IN. We plan on using them to load up fire wood in as we heat with fire wood, and another reason I decided on the T574 because it will be able to lift a full basket.

No, it just means the engine is not working hard and not making soot. That's not a bad thing, but you will find if the engine has to work hard for, say 10 or 12 hours non-stop, heavy going pulling ground engaging impliments, it will cough up some more soot to be collected in the ceramic exhaust filter, then it will "do a burn", as they say.

Man, you sure right about that bucket being light and it's only a matter of time before mine starts smiling at me. Hopefully I can get a cutting edge bolted on before that happens. My mirrors will not stay tight and so they're useless and are coming off today. I do wish mine (494) had more built in weight but I knew what it was before I bought the thing AND I wish the loader functions would mover faster, but then again I had a reasonable suspicion of how it was going to perform before I bought it. So far it's done a decent job for me. Thanks for the video.

If it starts to smile, just find a tree you don't like, raise the bucket curled all the way back where you can see it at cab level and press until no more smile. Unsmiled mine about 4 times when I hit something unexpected.

Hey Hank. I really enjoy your videos. I am replacing my Kubota L3301 with a tractor with a larger frame size. I am looking at a 5520R as my local dealer has a great price on them. I am a little afraid that TYM is going to discontinue the Branson models. What is your opinion should I get the 574 or do you think I will be safe with the 5520? I have 2 Deere tractors we use to bail hay but I need a tractor with no cab for clipping around trees. Deere and Kubota have gotten out of my price range and I have seen good things about TYM so I want to give them a shot. I will be pulling a hay rake and clipping mostly with my update.

Nice review Hank. I believe your review to be honest seems like an ok tractor but let’s see a review at 3,000 hours and multiple users in some more harsh conditions honestly that’s the kind of review that would convince me to purchase a tym. Honestly all tractors should be good at 300 hours I’ve got several tractors, excavators and a bulldozer and other equipment and all are good at 300 hours it’s when they get up in the thousands there true colors come out. . You mentioned come back in 10,000 hours but honestly the average homeowner puts around 200 to 300 hours a year 5 years could be around 1000 hours so yeah hours do matter when you are spending that kind of money for any brand!! I just believe 300 hour reviews are just a little premature because like I said before 300 hours is nothing or should be nothing just food for thought and just my opinion thanks and have a good day!

I think maybe you mixed up what I was saying bc I think I said exactly what you are saying. At least that was my intentions. I don't think I'll ever see 10,000 hours bc I only put a few hundred hours a year on it. Like most compact tractor owners, we will put 100-300 hours a year on a tractor. So I think we're saying the same thing. Lol. I'm not a row crop farmer so we're not putting 8-12 hours a day on it. Thanks for watching and making the comment👍

Hi Hank, I ran into an issue with the TYM574. I'm trying to top off my radiator fluid, but no one carries the HD Expert Extreme brand coolant the tractor came with and my dealer just picked it up from another dealer location, so they aren't able to provide the coolant either. What brand and type of radiator coolant are you using in your TYM574? When I called the dealer/distributor who added the tractor fluids and asked them about a compatible fluid, they said I would need to drain the coolant and start fresh. It is frustrating since the tractor only has 15hrs on it. So far I have seen dealers who are not very good.

Great video Hank. I understand the bucket being being light, but consider other brands. I mean green tractors have a similar built bucket with less lift cap. on the same size tractor lol. In Regards to the haters.....they drank the green coolaide😅

The Korean tractors are all mechanically sound machines and the truth be told are as capable as any other. Having owned one, my only complaint is the in cab ergonomics. For an example, the dashboard and steering wheel are way too low and control placement needs some attention. These do not effect the capability of the tractor only my preference for comfortable operations.

is that made in china??? just bustin balls, i have a 2022 t494 (same thing with no turbo) mine came with a super beefy draw bar, clevis style. i did put a half inch by 6 inch cutting edge on my bucket. huge improvement. with tires and a box blade that is 7000 lbs. zero issues with mine. its the most simple modern motor you can buy. quiet and smooth. pats easy change was a huge improvement also. hydraulic top link also. who else runs hard lines to the loader? even them there KU-BOATERS dont have that.
