Today, I made yogurt whipped cream bread filled with fresh and sweet yogurt cream!
The soft bread and fresh yogurt cream go so well together!
Perhaps because it's a refreshing cream, it didn't have a greasy taste at all, so I really enjoyed it.
The topping made using egg whites is crunchy and sweet. The difference between sprinkled with toppings and without sprinkled on toppings is bigger than you might think, so be sure to sprinkle toppings on!
I made the bread I made today a little more moist. So, since it sticks to your hands well when kneading, you can make it relatively easily if you knead while adding flour (bread flour) to your hands.
When making yogurt cream, I used Greek yogurt and yogurt powder. There is a comparison video in the video, but Greek yogurt has a slightly harder texture, so even when making cream, You can make a firm cream without being thin. You can also use regular yogurt, but the cream will be a little thinner.
I used yogurt powder because it can create a rich yogurt aroma and taste even with a relatively small amount! I used yogurt powder that is used for making drinks, but if you don't have yogurt powder, Please check the yogurt cream recipe below as well. 😊 Instead, if you make yogurt whipped cream using only yogurt without yogurt powder, the taste will definitely be less. please note!

🍞 Yogurt whipped cream bread 🍞
▶Ingredients ◀ 8 servings
After sufficiently preheating at 356℉(180℃) for 15 minutes, bake at 330℉(165℃) for 12-13 minutes (using Smeg oven).
✏ Bread dough
110g milk
30g eggs
35g sugar
4g salt
3g instant dry yeast
200g bread flour
30g unsalted butter
✏ Toppings
65g egg whites
65g sugar
55g almond powder
10g cake flour
Sugar powder
✏ Yogurt cream
250g heavy cream
45g low-sugar Greek yogurt
45g sugar
30g yogurt powder
** Yogurt whipped cream without yogurt powder ** (It was a little less flavorful than when adding yogurt powder, but it was okay.)
250g heavy cream
140g low-sugar Greek yogurt
85g sugar
3g lemon juice
◼ Storage method ◼
- Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days. You can make the bread softer if you leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes before eating.

시간이 없어서 크림은 생략하고 빵만 만들어서 먹었는데 진짜 맛나요 적당히 달고 겉은 바삭하고 크림빼고 먹어도 좋아요~

우아~~~넘넘 맛나겠어요..레시피대로 하면 8개 나오는데..오븐이 작아서 두판이 안들어갈 경우 어떻게하면 좋을까요? 과발효가 될까요?

오븐에 한판 굽는동안 나머지는 잠시 냉장고에 넣어두었다가 두번째판을 굽기 전에 미리 꺼내서 냉기를 살짝 빼주시고 구워주시면 됩니다. 😊

그람수 50g 똑같이하고 발효도 잘 봤는데 왜 제 빵은 더 작아보일까유 ㅠㅠ 작고 색도 더 찐해용.. 글구 살짝 질긴 거 같아용
