Today, I made yogurt whipped cream bread filled with fresh and sweet yogurt cream!

The topping made using egg whites is crunchy and sweet. The difference between sprinkled with toppings and without sprinkled on toppings is bigger than you might think, so be sure to sprinkle toppings on!
I made the bread I made today a little more moist. So, since it sticks to your hands well when kneading, you can make it relatively easily if you knead while adding flour (bread flour) to your hands.
When making yogurt cream, I used Greek yogurt and yogurt powder. There is a comparison video in the video, but Greek yogurt has a slightly harder texture, so even when making cream, You can make a firm cream without being thin. You can also use regular yogurt, but the cream will be a little thinner.
I used yogurt powder because it can create a rich yogurt aroma and taste even with a relatively small amount!
