Bruh SU sounded good af on this song and sabotage brass instruments rule i played mostly tbone and trumpet my high school years i really wanted to play mello on the cool tho i really wanted to get that feel of the mix of the high pitch of trumpets and the low pitch of btones and tbones and i really think mellophone will fit perfect for me i love the sound of the mellos man fr good job SU

For allyou stiff neck folk commenting, hbcu's bring loud had become a culture, we have concert season to be musical and graceful n such. so jus accept the culture for what it is. We as African Americans are dynamic people, we stick out in ways other races can't, good n bad, accept it

Frederick crook you are right ...my band director always told us anyone off the street can pick up a horn an play loud. That is all an good but what sets you apart from other bands Is how well you can play the piece musically...it is one then to be loud an pushing out crap but another to be loud an pushing a good musically piece

I think what people are missing is that there is a MAJOR differnence between playing "Loud" and playing with "Power". SU doensn't aim to be loud. They aim to be powerful. Or at least that's my take.

Somebody tell these Band Students that a big loud band doesn't make you a good Band. A good marching band marches well and plays well. Playing well means your band sounds good. To many of our HBCU bands are concentrating on bein loud and not focusing on sounding good.
