I definitely love the videos and strategies and I am inspired to action by them. My question is, and I'm sure there are others with this problen and question, can you finance deals if your credit is tarnished? What's the best way to finance deals if your credit has been tarnished? What worries me is if I go hunting for "the money" to finance deals and they have to pull my credit. ...I'm hoping I don't have to wait on repairing that before hunting down credit for my first deals that I find. I think there may be other people who may have that same fear but I never hear people mention or ask about there credit etc. I want to go hunt down deals but I fear when I walk in a financial institution they may laugh me out the door when they pull my credit. Or am I limited to angel investors or having a partner from my dream team go to all the financial institutions for me, or am I excited out of the game because my credit is tarnished. How should I go about this with bad credit etc. I'm sure there is someone else who has this question and problem to ho wants to start and go after it.

What I have heard and understood from mentors in this space is that it take time and patience for first acquisition and the rest will be history then you will have some equity to risk in as a collateral for your next merger or acquisition. By seller financing do you mean vendor finance?
