Ingredients:
for mint ice cream:
100g casher nuts
20g coconut oil
80g vegetable oil (less flavored oil is recommended)
100g maple syrup
100g cane sugar
600g soy milk (or any kind of your choice of milk)
15g mint leaves
1 tsp vanilla extract
for chocolate chips:
30g cacao butter
30g cacao powder
15g maple syrup
*You could use chopped store bought bar chocolate, or if you could get vegan chocolate chips, go for it.
Instructions:
1. Blend all the ingredients except for chocolate chip.
2. put the mixture into an ice cream maker.
3. pour melted chocolate into the mixture.

「作り方」
１、ミントアイスの材料を全てブレンダーで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
２、アイスクリーマーに入れ、冷やします。
３、冷やしている最中に、チョコレートチップの材料を鍋で弱火で溶かし、アイスクリーマーに入れます。
