Ingredients:
40g pumpkin (You don't have to strain though)
30g sweetener (I used maple syrup)
1 smidgen nutmeg
1 smidgen cloves
2 dash cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 2 shot espresso, or 120 brewed coffee
280g your choice of milk (I used soy milk)
Instructions:
1. steam and strain pumpkin.
2. make espresso or brewed coffee.
3. steam or heat milk.
4. put everything together in your mug.

１、かぼちゃを蒸して裏ごしします。
２、エスプレッソかドリップコーヒーを作ります。
３、豆乳を温めます。
４、全てをマグカップに入れたら出来上がり。

@@wonderland8344 Another option is cutting the pumpkin in half and removing the seeds, and putting them cut side down on a cookie sheet or cake pan with a half inch of water. Bake at 350-375 till fork tender (when you stab it, the fork should go in easily). Then all you have to do is scoop the pumpkin out of the skin. :)

sarah oliver I'm sure the kabocha made more than one cup. You could always make a mix of the pumpkin ingredients and milk, then just brew your coffee and steam your milk. Their coffee looks super decadent but I'm sure it can be changed up for a quick daily thing too :)

Wow seriously thought I was the only to think the same thing. I kept coming back to this video every single time I feel like I needed some peace of mind and kept telling myself (who knows tons of relaxing ASMR cooking channels on youtube) that this is the best video ever and none other can ever top it and no other channel can ever come close to the healing effect Peaceful Cuisine has on me specifically. Ryoya is on another level for me, at least personally and I'm extremely grateful for his dedication. Sorry for the long reply and I wish you all the happiness in this world.
