This event is a nail-biter for spectators and a heavy challenge for competitors vying for the title of the best in competitive Smash. The potential face-off between the world's best Acola and Miya, however, with an unpredictable roster of top seeds, including unexpected upsets and a unique ruleset causing a buzz, it's clear that NO ONE IS SAFE in what feels like the Civil War of Smash Ultimate.

The tournament features jaw-dropping moments, such as Kaninabe's Cinderella story, defeating top players like Tweek and Mk Leo. Many champions end up finishing 17th or worse.

I always thought the line between top level and elite level was slowly but surely fading and this tournament was the proof I needed

Excellent video! Man this tournament was an extreme bloodbath and it was certainly fun spectating it for sure (though I do feel for the competitors that had to play 13 hours of Smash all in one day, that's a stamina marathon). The BeastModePaul set vs Gluto is actually a little funny to me purely because it was streamed in such low quality that it just captured the old feel when people had to stream sets like that back in pre-quarantine lol I'm also happy Kola's still doing well with what he's given, just wish that his return events weren't just him dealing with upset brackets while only taking out one player seeded above him (ones that he did well into before his break). Still, 9th at one of the most stacked events of Ultimate is no lousy feat so it's still looks nice for his post-break results.

Oh yea with the quad stream it felt like there were TOO many things happening at once lmao. What a great weekend for Smash. Always rooting for Kola lol he threaten to learn Rob so we’ll see

In a way having less entrants but MORE top 100 players makes every set feel so intense. World wide players and I feel it’s now decided the top two ranks

There's a ton that came to me from this tournament alone. Lima vs Pocket, Kaninabe vs Light, Light vs Hurt, etc Such good Smash played this weekend!
