Tasted their chutney recently... I believe they still add garlic-ginger anyways. The taste is good anyways.

They dont add garlic. They add ginger. Ginger garlic mixture generally makes garlic stink less. Garlic alone will be disliked in many dishes wihtout ginger.

It's a sweet dish, where they pour sweet badam milk on top of the thin rice noodles/vermicelli. It is often served at weddings in Bangalore.
