In this video, I made a soft vanilla cake that can be prepared without the need of an oven.
I also used a tablespoon to measure the ingredients inside the cake.
Due to the low use of sugar, this cake can be a good choice for those who want to have a low sugar diet.
The amount of boiling water you pour into the pot should be enough to cover half of the bowls.
Be sure to use a cotton cloth to cover the lid of the pot.
Ingredients for the cake:
10 spoons of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
10 spoons of milk
6 spoons of oil
8 spoons of sugar
2 eggs
Some vanilla
