Now make this awesomely delicious pizza without using yeast or oven at home. You can checkout our veg. pizza without oven recipe for details steps to make pizza sauce.
[PRODUCTS USED]

[INGREDIENTS]
To make dough and pizza base:
- 1 Cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 Cup curd
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
- Salt to taste
To make paneer topping:
- 3-4 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Tsp oil
- 1/4 Cup curd(dahi)
- 2 Tsp chickpea flour(besan)
- 1 Tsp garam masala
- 1 Tbsp mustard oil
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- Juice from 1 medium sized lemon
- 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- 200 gm dices Paneer (cottage cheese)
- Salt to taste
For oven setup:
- Regular salt which we use for cooking - around 1 cup
To make the pizza:
- Corn meal (makke ka aata)
- some cooking oil
- My homemade pizza sauce (Checkout our pizza without oven recipe for detailed recipe)
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 Processed cheese slices or you can use cheddar
- Some capsicum
- Some onion
- Some oregano
- Chilli flakes

Made this absolutely amazing pizza todayyyyy...and I cannot be more impressed and happy with the results...mom loved it...the crust was super nice although I had a little problem while making the dough...but the pizza in the end turned out amazinggg.. Wow this recipe turned out great made it for mothers day it was gone in minutes...........I could easily make this and a tip if you are making this pls keep the crust as thin as in the video. Oven directions ....200 degree celcius for 15 or 12 minutes with bod rods and convection on...pls do try it everyone..

Tried it.. yummy 😍 paneer coating very tasty. I used normal cheese slice.. I also skipped oregano chilli flakes since shops were closed due to lockdown. For base I used your yeast recipe. From 2 cups of flour I got 2 pizza base. Nyc recipe. God bless💕

So far among all the pizza recipes in KZfaq this is the best. I have tried it a lot and it came out perfect the each time. If you want to do it in microwave preheat the microwave and put the pizza for exactly 5mins. Not more than that.

Base with yeast is more airy and has a different taste.. Normally pizzas are made with yeast..
