Damn what a game! Idea for future developpement: Add helm cams so the execution can be watched from operatives perspectives (Like high command watching the screens from a van parked out of the breached building)

This game looks like it has some great potential, and already seems to do a lot of things right. That being said I think the overall atmosphere, theme, and chaos that DK2 brings to the table, with the pause at will gameplay, makes it a better game, imo. Although while writing this, it dawned on me. People who like doing Single Plan runs in DK2 (Something I haven't done yet), would probably LOVE this game!

Looks good. I think a good idea for a campaign would be having different era equipment. So have a 70s campaign where for police, shotguns and pistols are primary weapons, very few distraction devices etc. Then you could have a 80s and 90 load outs and see how CQB/MOUT tactics evolve along with technology.

As you've spoken to the dev. Have you mentioned high low position and breaking your wrist on the threshold with throwables? I've notice you mention those a couple of times as something you like in a game.

Honestly, I was a little turned off by the graphics at first, but I know how hard it is to make a game, especially for a single dev. Graphics aren't everything, and the planning in this game looks really incredible. The time tool is a brilliant idea, Doorkickers could really benefit from something similarl Might have to pick this one up.

That was pretty dang cool. Tempted to rush out and buy this game at full price right this minute. Something about the somewhat cute, cel-shaded graphical style makes the level of intensity and sheer, sweaty planning all the more satisfying. Or amusing. Or both.

This game is really cool. It has a lot of cool features, some i wish doorkickers 2 had like the timeline, it makes it a lot easier to plan out a whole mission in one go and make it look tactical. Well done. Excited to play it.

While it's not a typical game you'd put on your channel, I'd highly suggest you check out Mud and Blood on Steam. A little history: The games have been maintained for about 10 years by the creator (a veteran) and our little community. The first 2 MnB's started as simple wave defense flash games way back in the day, moving onto semi realistic recce patrols in Vietnam, before moving onto the tactics-based MnB3 in WWII. Then there's the current Steam release, the first not made for Flash. It's not quite a milsim, but it's a hardcore roguelite, tactically grounded in reality. The four F's of combat can't be ignored. It's got a free demo if you want to give it a go on your own time, and I can give a couple tips in regards to game mechanics. I hope you'll like it enough to feature a video on your channel, and maybe even buy the full thing! Even if you don't make a video on it, I think it's a nice tactical romp you may enjoy for yourself. The main reason I ask though, is this: In about a year, "Recondo" will be released, which will be another recce sim in Vietnam- and even if you don't try the current game, Recondo should certainly be on your list. The original flash game, "Recon" gave the tense, danger-around-every-corner feel that comes with deep penetration recce patrols (from an omnipresent commander perspective) long before Prairie Fire came about, and I expect Recondo to do so in bounds. This is very similar to PC game in 1997-98, (do not remember the name of the game). Just the graphics and some controls is different. But idea the same.

Just finished binge watching your entire Door Kickers CQB Theory playlist the other day. So this is great timing for me lol. CQB question if its ok? I watched a Ground Branch vid where you were explaining some CQB tactics to your friends where you mention Strongwall and Rolling T (which I've seen referred to as a Vee formation as well) as the main ways of moving through a hallway in CQB. But what reason would you choose one over the other? I've seen a few things refer to "Serpentine" formation when talking about moving through hallways. Which looks to be a diamond formation with the rear security guy a bit further behind. Is there a reason to choose that formation?
