I plan for meals the same way. More focus on the ingredients and improvise based on what kind of day it is. Cold days: warm soup or casserole vs Hot days: Sandwiches or something refreshing.

Thanks for the tip on taking pictures of your meals to help plan a meal for that day. I will use it. Loved seeing your prepping, containers and recipes. I don't like planning meals days ahead because I feel overwhelmed.

It simplified my shopping big time and my husband can do the grocery shopping too because we all know the "usual" things what we need and when I go to the store I like to discover new veggies as well 😊💕

Thank you for sharing your cooking tips. • Cook dishes in the mornings. • Cook different meats or fish on a daily basis. You suggest at least 3-day rotation. • Your green smoothie in the mornings provide veggies for the day. 😊 Although you still prepare veggie dish for lunch or supper. • Elaborate dishes you prepare on weekends bc your family helps you.

Love it so much when you add cooking/recipes to your videos. Having videos that aren't cleaning related would really add value to your channel and fresh content other than mostly cleaning videos. I love your videos and you're the sweetest person so please don't take this wrong. But there's only so many times I can watch you make your bed or wash dishes. Adding in more food related content in between will be such a benefit to your channels. Side note: I'd love to see a video about your scooters. Maybe a how you use them, where, a review of your specific model, pros and cons...would love to see a video on that. Keep up the great work. This video was a breath of fresh air on your channel.

This is a great video! I do not like meal planning either - I have tried many different ways but I just can't stick to it! Your way of building meals around your family's favourite ingredients is much more logical to me and stops the searching for endless lists of complicated ingredients in the supermarket! Hello Noemi, I really like your idea of doing general food preparation when you actually don't need the food immediately. It's so much easier to start to think about cooking something when your food is already ready to go. I am going to do the same starting today! I've already prepped some mushrooms, a cauliflower, and cleaned a pomegranate! :))) Thanks so much for the tip!

I do most meals in the morning and batch cook at weekend. Gives me more time to myself. I also use my slow cooker on days I’m working. I love your videos! Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪❤️

When I was raising my family, I had a monthly meal plan, and kept the basic pantry ingredients on hand, and the meats. But like you said, it depends on what looks the best in the store as to what I would end up getting. I liked having a meal plan so I didn't have to think about the possibilities. Having 30 dinner ideas written down made choosing so much less stressful during very busy days. tfs 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

Loved this! I do a similar thing with all the vegetables, but then there is a part of me that gets nervous so I scratch out a “meal plan” in like 5 minutes based on what I have already. I never really end up following it- but it makes me feel safe bc I know officially that I have plenty! I may glance at it for ideas if I’m drawing a blank at meal times - so sometimes it comes in handy that way as well :)

Thank you so much for sharing this!! Meal planning is always difficult for me because sometimes my husband is home for dinner,sometimes he isnt. Sometimes I want what I plan but usually I dont and want something different. Plus I feel like you can make extra if you have a meal that you add potatoes to, you can roast some extra to have for breakfast or a different meal! Im going to start doing my shopping this way which will help me focus on healthier meals and also have staples to make things I enjoy vs what I have planned.

I love this! I seem to always shop for the same veggies -- whatever looks fresh and best at the store. I am wondering if you have recipes to share? Thanks for sharing your tips . I also try to focus more on good rather than recipes, because I can change my mind very fast about what to eat 😂 and with 2 little kids 3y.o. and under my plans are always ruined no matter how hard I try to follow them 😬 😂 I do something similar to your rotation, and for now it is working well for us. But cooking the meals in the morning MUST BE a game changer 😲 I will definitely give it a try, I'm always challenged by the amount of time in the day I spend in the kitchen. Thanks for the tip! 👍

We watched on Netflix "What the health" " Forks over knives" " Game changer" It's real doctors on there ,Theres one that lived to 104 years old his name is Dr Ellsworth Wareham heart surgeon doctor. We changed over to plant base for health reasons also and were feeling so much better! And hubbie used to suffer from gout no more now. My joints are not hurting as much and the numbness in my hands have left :) Everyone should really watch these shows it's amazing :) The heart dr knows what bad foods do to the heart and body. Its very interesting. God bless everyone and your wonderful families take care n warn hugggggggggggggs:)

I never do a meal plan either, We don't eat meat during the week but when hubby is home on the weekend I'll cook meat plus weekends are for more difficult recipes that take a lot longer as well.

Hi Noemi! Thank you for sharing your meal planning! Your meals are beautiful and they look delicious! I'm curious if you've read or even heard about The Plant Pardox by Dr. Steven Gundry. The reason that I ask is that he specifically discusses the relationship some of the foods that we eat, which we believe to be healthy, i.e. beans, potatoes, peas, etc. have in creating leaky gut issues due to their high lectin content. Have you ever tried eliminating lectins from your diet? If so, I'd love to hear your experience! Thanks so much for sharing your experiences & tips! I love your videos! :)

Hi sweet Susan! 😊I don't worry about calories as long as I'm full and have energy and I feel good. I noticed if I eat a hearty breakfast I'm more productive and if I keep up with the good nutrition I sleep better and I don't snack as much at night. Starches, I have to be careful my body doesn't do well with them but I can't avoid them either so I try to balance it with having enough protein. It was a long journey to find what works but once I got there it was all worth the effort 😊💕💟Have an amazing week to you Susan! 😊💕xx

Hey there! I'm a new subscriber and I love you videos. They're relaxing 😊 I have a question if you don't mind. Do you think you have healed your gut? My 2 youngest sons regressed into autism and have terrible guts. Me too. I have developed allergies too. I'm vegetarian though. What do you suggest? 💜

So, if you look at your food picture gallery, how many those favorite rotating recipes would you say you have? I am struggling with not sticking to one thing and constantly going on Pinterest for some new recipe... I loved your video, need more tips... We have recently been diagnosed with IBS and have to cut out gluten and dairy from our diet. Breakfast is my biggest CHALLENGE. Hugs and lots of love from Belgium!

So that's actually explains why you are so tired. When you eat something your body has to fight with to digest you will get tired. Look into GAPD diet that can heal IBS Breakfast was our biggest challenge too. We started to implement this diet with our lunch and dinner those are easier and breakfast was the last one. How ever we have so many breakfast idea now that we have a god rotation. I sure have more on that topic! 💕🤗xxx

@@arnoyuliyavandenheuvel854 we don't set a budget on that but we sure try our best to not to spend extra money . We have not eaten out for over 10 years so we save there and just creating this food at home helps too. We buy meat from a farm and I really wish you guys would have Costco there they offer great prices for tons of organic veggies! ❤💕🤗

Yes ,its so much easier to do it when ure house wife ( stay home mom) But believe me if u have to go to work and get up every morning around 4;30-5 all this planning doesn’t sound so easy But anyway thanks for the ideas
