This is what I ate to lose more than 40 lbs! I’m showing you some of my favorite high-protein healthy meals and snacks that I used to lose weight - these are really simple and easy to make, so they won’t take a lot of time. This is all gluten + dairy free, and I will show you vegan options for the 2 things that aren’t vegan. Everything else is plant-based!

I just made this for dinner because I had everything just about. Had to use evoo instead of sesame oil and asparagus instead of green bean. It came out very good. A bit spicy but flavor surprised me. Enough left over for lunch the next day. Thank you for sharing it will go in my go to recipe book for sure! 😊

Since I watched this video a few days ago, I’ve had one of iced coffees every day (now throwing cinnamon and turmeric in as well), I made the salad for lunch a few days ago, and I just made the chicken and green beans. All of it is so good!!

In case anyone else was looking, the measurements are: - 4 tbsp honey - 4 tsp sriracha - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp ginger powder - Salt and pepper

It’s all about calories! I tried so many different diet plans, and the only one that works for me is intermittent fasting, one meal a day, low carb option. For the first time in so many years, my blood work was perfect. I just walk every day three to five miles. You are my favorite KZfaqr, following you from long time ago. Love your videos.

I absolutely LOVE how you wrote out the plan in the video - so incredibly helpful for people who learn visually! Awesome plan, can't wait to try the mango smoothie. I like adding tomatoes to the spinach for eggs with a pinch of feta. Delish!

This is amazing! I think the secret to success with all of this is not only meal prepping, but grocery shopping. In order to make really delicious healthy options like this, the food needs to be available in the fridge. I know that when I go grocery shopping that I am all over the place, sometimes, I forget things, and I know I should go in with a plan but sometimes I just don’t know what to get. So, I’m making more of an effort to have recipes and things I want to make before I go to the grocery store. Sometimes it is still a challenge.

Carnivore, water , fast . Little snacking if any . Air popped 3 cups popcorn and fourth cup of walnuts. Stop eating and drinking after 830pm. The water weight pours off a pound a day. Then after 2 or 3 weeks I should start loosing fat weight. I'm diabetic have been for three years.very insulin resistant very stubborn weight. 60 pounds overweight. Trying to reverse my insulin resistant and diabetes. My blood sugar is coming down . I had 111 yesterday and today. Yaaa!! This has been a incredibly slow journey.because I wasn't ready or serious about my health. But I am now. My a1c went from7.4 which is high . In may down to 6.6 in August still in the diabetic range but better than it was. Going to get my a1c down again in November. Trying for 5.6 normal blood sugar!!! Loose the carbs and sweets loose the weight. I'm finally getting healthy. Took my 57 years. I was a carb addict and a chocoholic. Not anymore. I want to be healthy more than I want chocolate.

Yes I really needed this. Im trying to lose weight and i just discovered i am lactose intolerant and i don’t digest gluten that well and also i am a Pescatarian so THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME!! I love this - you are the only KZfaq channel that I follow where I was able to lose weight 5 years ago. I believe I lost abut 10 pounds back then. Since then I have gone wfpb so it is so helpful that you do customizations! I'm back on my journey after gaining 30 pounds during the pandemic. You're the best!

Thank you for the recipes ❤ I have a better one for the green beans as it is my favourite one of veg, instead of tossing it straight away. Boil it first or steam it until it is tender for 10. 15 min until it’s completely tender, then drain it from water if boiled and put some olive oil in a frying pan and add diced garlic and parsley then add your beans and sautée everything together it’s deliciousss.❤
