Ange is lucky Spurs finished 8th last year. Because the reality is Spurs are doing what they’ve been doing pretty much every year for 15-20 years. Finishing 4th to 6th without ever really challenging for the title. Spurs are 5th but you’d think they are in the title hunt how these guys keep talking about Ange every week.

In his first season, without any of the 3 players he wanted signed, playing a much better style of football they’re 7 points, 11 goals for and 21 against from last seasons total with 10 games to play and doing this without Kane. He is on schedule to have Tottenham’s best Points total in his first season since 17-18. And all this with injures to players like Maddison, Van De Ven, Bentancur, Solomon etc. Anyone judging his management on this season alone isn’t an opinion worth respecting.

If you’re looking at stats only, then you’re not assessing a club properly. Spurs are changing mentally and it’s almost a miracle we were winning so much in the beginning of the season without Kane
