If your in recovery, 3 meals and 3 snacks is recommended, it will boost your metabolism, and also regulate hunger cues❤️ but well done x

How have you managed to commit to recovery? I’m really struggling. I don’t feel like I’m sick enough to recover because I’m a healthy weight:(

Aww I completely understand!! I only ever got to a slightly underweight and trust me I felt massive and it was at that point that I realised that it will never be enough and all I want you to remember that food is freedom (but always be healthy not restrictive there’s a massive difference) as health means nourishing your self until your body is happy , and I promise you recovery is soooo worth it as it puts your mind in a better place and gives you a much more positive outlook on life , good luck bby
