I want to eat but I can’t. I go more than 12 hours just drinking coffee and then I force myself to eat something but not more than a snack

Hi. When youre underweight or lose a lot of weight does your veins really pop up?
@carolinacontreras92183 жыл бұрын
i think so because my cousin has anorexia and lost like 20 kg and her veins pop up a LOT
@karenmarie84393 жыл бұрын
@@carolinacontreras9218 How she doing now? Is she ok now? I used to weight 55 kl and now i only weight 39.3 - 41kl. Im 5ft btw my bmi says that i'm underweight. I workout a lot like everday no day off. I don't know if my veins pop out because of me working out everyday or because i lose a lot of weight :(

@@karenmarie8439 i think she is like 5’1 and she don’t talk about it but every time i see her she looks skinnier :/ i think the problem is that my aunt just praises her and think that the cause of her weight loss is a healthy diet and daily workout and the pop up vains are something that i just realized now that the weather is hot and she stoped using long sleeves

Food is the most powerful medicine! Moving from the ideal of being thin equals beautiful to healthiness’ beautiful. I think considering that everyone is a very different beauty, in terms of weight, in terms of size, look. I’ve noticed that women are getting skinny thinner and thinner. There’s also so much information about different diets, and overwhelming and confusing… Its good aware of a good diet is to inspire women to make changes to their diet and also their lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep based on hormone, health, longevity, beauty as well as skin in the future.

if you don't mind me asking what was your diagnosis?anorexia? and also how did you get referred to CAMHS? did you go to your gp first? I want to seek help but I don't know where to go and Im worried they will dismiss me and tell me nothing is wrong because I'm at a healthy weight:(
@recoverwithgrace52053 жыл бұрын
Yes anorexia nervosa was my diagnosis and they can diagnose you with a restrictive eating disorder too if ur not underweight and still get treatment (I went to my gp who referred me to my local cahms team ) good luck and I wish you a good recovery x

How have you managed to commit to recovery? I’m really struggling. I don’t feel like I’m sick enough to recover because I’m a healthy weight:(
@recoverwithgrace52053 жыл бұрын
Aww I completely understand!! I only ever got to a slightly underweight and trust me I felt massive and it was at that point that I realised that it will never be enough and all I want you to remember that food is freedom (but always be healthy not restrictive there’s a massive difference) as health means nourishing your self until your body is happy , and I promise you recovery is soooo worth it as it puts your mind in a better place and gives you a much more positive outlook on life , good luck bby <33
