NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
flour - 700 g (sifted).
yogurt - 500 g.
baking soda - 2 tsp.
salt - 2 tsp.
olive oil - 50 ml.
yellow cheese - 200 g (grated).
cow cheese - 300 g (crushed).
cow butter - 50 g (melted).
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Add the soda to the yoghurt and stir to froth. Pour the yogurt into the bowl of the mixer and add the salt and olive oil. Turn on the mixer on low speed and gradually add the flour. A soft but non-sticky dough should be obtained. Leave the dough in a bowl and cover it with a towel or lid. Wait 15-20 minutes to rest.
20 minutes later. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and form 8 balls. Roll the balls lightly and put cheese and yellow cheese in the center of each loaf. Squeeze the edges so that you close the filling and carefully form balls. Roll out the already filled balls with a diameter of about 16-18 cm.
Bake in a moderately heated pan (I baked on the sixth of nine possible), 5-6 minutes on each side. Grease the prepared pearls with oil.
