If you think more in depth, the guy who just got the RNG drop (let's say a handle, very original I know) see that his RNG Drop dropped from 700 freakin' millions to 50m, knowing that just getting the drop itself costs 35M. Now, let's go even deeper ! The guy just saw that his handle dropped in price, but he had money kept in his bank for maybe his GDrag or T7 his Necron's Blade. He can now "flip" the 50m handles destroying not only the economy, but also the guy who did some flipping with a sudden drop in price. The admins are just the worst staff team I have ever seen. Oh you flipped an item and you didn't even know it was duped ?? Then let's wipe you, and on top of that, a ban of 90 days on the WHOLE Hypixel network. But if they added a simple rollback. Like Refraction said, Timmy who just got a giant sword would be sad cuz' he won't do 200k damage instead of 150K outside dungeons, but all the other rich and endgame players with freakin' billions in purse, who were almost like pioneers in the Economy related to the new nether update (mainly on the Inferno Minions, but still.) who, in a long-term, make the economy more and more viable to more and more people, would still be here, continuing to fuel slowly the Economy with LEGIT drops. The rollback is necessary, especially since most of the people we know were wiped were rich and endgame, contributing a lot in the economy related to inferno minions.

@@Gayzmog i agree with everything but the first point what cal was talking about was inflation. Not the fact that handles themselves get duped but the fact that 1b coins now is worth ALOT less than it was say 2 years ago today because of dupes rapidly adding coins to the economy.

@@Gayzmog This time it wasn’t because they took the opportunity they saw in gemstones. It was because they knew a dupe was coming and had put multiple orders at incredibly low prices. Normally this wouldn’t happen and someone who buys a duped handle won’t get banned.

@@mcplayer6456 another thing about ironman is that if you get roll back on an rng then you lost it for basically nothing because on ironman you dont care about the economy because you cant affect it and it cant affect you unless like nw and its not too terrible to lose nw because its kinda "cosmetic" and doesnt actually effect your progress in the game.

@@tr1x_js413 but if youre ironman you dont care about the economy unless like nw and losing an item that you may only get once in your profile and know there is no other way to grind for it unlike the normal profile where you can lets say gemstone grind for 50 hours for a hyperion(assuming you get 15 mil and hour and a hyperion costs 750 mil(idk how much a hyperion costs this days)) on an ironman you cant do that and to do 1k run which is ig average for a handle with 3 scrolls with kismets it will take you about 200 hours(if every run takes about 12 minutes not including time between runs) so no roll backs are bad but if you think well grind for 200 hours you will eventually get it then here is an another example: if you get a legendary phoenix that a pet that you get only once and you cant really grind for it to say the approximate hours it would take you and you may never get it in a 2 or more years profile so if you get roll back on a legendary phoenix you can say that you will never get it ever again.

Imo, ironman profiles should be exempt from all the duping situations, since even if you did dupe stuff, it doesn’t affect anyone

i dont think it would work that way. Because lets say the person who made the first warning flare has not made an SOS flare out of it. Then would there just not be a first place in the museum? probably not. i would think it would go to the person who made the sos flare first and not the warning flare. However i am not really knowledgeable about these topics and you shouldnt rlly trust me. This is just my opinion.

I just tried to explain, that he technally never would have 1st SOS Flare (when multiple would be in museum), since he made his Warning Flare, right before he crafted the SOS Flare. And the chance that smb crafts an SOS Flare with earlier crafted Warning Flare is very high. That this system works, and lots of items are based on this system i can approve very well. For example: I have a Axe of Shredded, from October 2019 in museum, (At that point it wasnt added to the game). So how can it exist ? I found a rev falchion from october 2019 in ah, and upgraded it all over to axe. And it always kept its original creation data. And that works with way more items, than just AOTS.
