I remember on a overnight elementary school trip our cabin leader, his name was marlin, sang this song before we all went to bed and played it acoustic on the guitar and I still think about that moment today as one of the most peaceful and empowering moments of my life. children came to listen when I played music from the 4th floor in Hartford with the windows open. they weren't taught about tresspassing and I had to do it. it ended sad. too many cars, too many buildings no park close.
