My favorite part of the interview is when he answered that he would change the fact that he was injured because it allowed him to have the relationship that he has with his kids. Wow. Humbling and is applicable to everyone. To use your mishaps and use it as fuel. To not hide your faults like it's something to be ashamed of but instead something that keeps you going

Wow what a Guy Noah amazing story and inspiration to us all, thanks for sharing lewis and to anyone who disliked the video just proves that theres always people going through real struggles in life and although they dont know it, trying to vent by disliking and dropping negativity on someone else's parade is only going to make it worse. you have a choice just like Noah, you can either keel over and play dead or you step up and take charge of your life despite the situation, you have the power to do that as a human. stu

Thank you Lewis for having Noah on! He’s truly been one of my inspirations after loosing my sister, whom I took care of my entire life. She was my reason for living and I did not know if I was going to be able to find a way out of the depression after her death in 2019. David Goggins and Noah really helped me climb out of the deep dark hole I was in 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

I have to say that in some ways, the devastating losses you guys suffered at relatively young ages, have blessings in them. Because my dad didn't suffer any devastating loss until he was much, much, much older. You know, when you get clobbered in your late 60s, in your 70s... you may no longer have the stamina and even inner reserves to start to deal with some of these blows, and for some, with no prior experience... what are you going to fall back on? I wish you both lots of health and long years... and you guys have PLENTY to fall back on. Thanks for sharing...

Super powerful, it resonates with me so deeply with my story and aligns with my mission to share a smile. Awesome interview, fitting too - currently National Suicide Prevention week. So many people face depression, and there are so many helpful ways to grow through it and live a healthy, vibrant life. Great job, Lewis - thank YOU for this.
