Brother, we, the real fans, don't want you to look like skeleton. Stay lowest at 115 kg. Brother, you are legit number 2 overall. Be a warrior and do not give up. Train your more your back pressure as well as your cupping but by pulling in addition to the one rep lifts that helped you to take levans wrist for the first time in 9-10 years. Stay healthy and not skinny.

Bro he’s not giving up he’s going after 105 title and plans to defend his 115kg title against monsters. Well most likely see him change his training and be helping teach a bunch of monsters out there at same time which only helps him improve. Who knows what the future brings. All I know is getting the 105kg and defending the 115kg title is a massive achievement. I’m excited about it. The guy just lost his ultimate battle I’m sure he’s a bit upset he couldn’t do it probably more for the fans than himself but I doubt Devon’s doing any giving up.

I'm also 6'6 and in the summer months I get down to about 200 or 210 but I'm not trying to lose it. I work outside in the heat quite a bit around the house when I'm not at my job. Guess if I actually tried to lose it and ate better I'd have not much problem getting down to 185 190 ish. I'd be one skinny feller for sureski lol
