I’m doing this thing where I’m spending A LOT of time single and alone with myself right now, bc when I do date again I want it to be a truly healthy and balanced relationship. okay yes dixie may have been “toxic” but when you’re genuinely so unhappy with yourself/your life it’s hard to give your all in a relationship or even a friendship. you’re constantly trying to take care of yourself and figure out what’s going on in your brain while trying to understand your parter at the same time. and when you’re not doing well mentally it make doing both things 10x harder. i’ve been in her position before where i was in a seemingly good relationship with a person who treated me well but i was not doing well mentally and i would snap easily, shut down, and i had trouble communicating with my partner. and from my partners pov or and outsiders perspective it definitely looked like i was a shitty girlfriend. but at the time i literally could not control how i felt or what was going on in my brain. this all probably sounds repetitive but i hope this makes some of you understand that she probably just needs to take time for herself and get better mentally.

I don't think she wants to treat him that way. I've been going through something similar with my husband. I couldn't predict how having kids would affect me and I got really depressed. I treat him really badly sometimes. I hate it that I do that. I don't want to. And he knows that and he is always there for me helping me through it. But it's exhausting for him at the same time. I'm so thankful that he knows the real me. Same with Dixie. She's not always like that. But PMDD literally changes your brain and you do things and say things that you don't understand and it's super frustrating.

I haven’t watched this show and hardly know nothing about them. Idk how this was recommended I’ve never clicked on anything related to them but if she’s not happy and confident within herself. It ain’t gonna work. You can’t project your feelings onto your partner. Also I seen this guy Noah in the Sidemen charity match. He was great!
