Hi Mark. I own a Vito van. Its the first version of the latest design, so about 9 years old now. Its a great all rounder (lot better quality and durability than the Peugeot Expert i had). I drive it all over the country for business, but its great for leisure. It made its annual pilgrimage down to Le Mans this year, with all camping gear and bikes inside. On a normal run I get about 45 mpg but if I'm careful it will go up to 50 mpg. Manual gearbox and base 2 litre engine.

Was enjoying this video until Nobby just had to go and let us know "there is an EV version". Jeez, you just can't get away from the duracell option. I hired an Opel Movano recently to help a friend move house and the handbrake in it left a lot to be desired, as in you'd nearly dislocate your right shoulder leaning down to release it. You need a four foot long arm to make sure it's properly disengaged. Stupid design. While the van had parking sensors (which was a first in all the vans I've hired), they only seemed to activate if you were practically on top of what you were reversing against. Why don't they have rear view cameras???

These things had a reputation for being rattly ...apart from the engine.😁
