After this video I’m starting to think 6 could still be alive. Maybe ONI didn’t want people to know he survived Reach. Or maybe I’m starting to go to conspiracy theory areas.

Knowing Noble Six's past makes me way more satisfied with his end. It also makes way more sense that as players, we would guide Noble team's Kill ratio through the atmosphere.

Noble six was also used for matters beyond just the covenant. Oni used him to assassinate rebel leaders, corrupt officials, and pretty much anyone Oni didn't like. He was considered to be Oni's personal grim reaper.

That last mission where you fight to the death was always my favorite... just overwhelming odds regardless of how strong you might be, no matter many you beat, your in a losing fight..

If Johnson could survive the explosion of a Halo ring, Noble 6 can survive the glassing of Reach.

Here's a clarification about Noble Six "surviving" the assault that left 300 other Spartans dead: Six was TAKEN OUT of Beta Company BEFORE they were sent in that suicidal assault that pretty much wiped out 100% of Beta company. ONI pretty much identified Him as "too valuable" to be sent out with the rest of the company. Like.... fuck, how badass do you have to be for an organization as cut throat as ONI to say "yeah, that guy?" *points at Six* "DON'T let Him take part of that assault, He's much valuable alive doing His own thing, than dying in an assault to buy us time." It's mind blowing when thought like this.

Well, he didn’t kill mainly covenant, his main targets where terrorists, and really any political target that Oni deemed a threat. First contact with the covenant was limited, and the master chiefs squad was the first win with the covenant

So he was "Throw away Hero" like the rest of the Spartan III's.

Noble 6 is such a cool character I wish they fleshed him out more his backstory is so interesting

something interesting is that if you survive lone wolf long enough then the screen goes white and you die without the cutscene. this implies that 6 was GLASSED directly by a covenent ship. in addition if you go to a nearby mountain you can find a model of 6 in a cave in this mountain. this is also a fully detailed in game model, and the chief proved you can outrun a glassing beam in halo 2. so i choose to believe he was giving the covenant such a hard time that they went to glass him, and he escaped the beam and hid in the cave for some time. he also clearly was good at laying low so he probably waited for them to assume he was dead before living in hiding on reach. thats what i choose to believe at any rate.

They also left it in black ink because it’s us and noble 6 can be whatever you want your version of him/her to be

Imagine the reason that one special elite force we encountered back at the 1st mission and started chasing us throughout the campaign, was because they recognize noble 6 as that one hyper-lethal spartan.

This is literally my favorite game, “Halo Reach” No other game come close for me.

How cool would it have been if he made it to the autumn and have him as a squad mate in the co op mode in halo 1?

What did noble 6 do before Reach: [CLASSIFIED]

He took down high value targets like prophets and elite leaders and operated behind enemy lines, blew up bases stations and ships, collected vital data and spied on the enemy. He was ONIs most valuable unit and perhaps one of the most valuable for the UNSC. He functioned as a singular unit for Black Operations as well as for specific tasks within military operations like a highly adaptable multi functional unit that could be placed and used in many different occasions scenarios and situations for many different types of operations and objectives. He may have operated on several colonies as well during their fall to make sure essential information and evacuation of important units were accomplished etc and was one of humanities best and most valuable assets, highly adaptable and efficient. And in certain operations may have operated and worked directly or indirectly with other Spartans / teams of Spartan IIIs or IIs , one mission being with Grey Team others being with Headhunters and others with Field Spartans. One of his greatest Missions were to blow up an entire Covenant planet “Lone Wolf” where he was hunted and traced by The Silent Shadow who were defeated and killed in one scenario after the other and failed their attempts on eliminating the Hyper Lethal Lone Wolf Spartan. Eventually B-312 finally encountered The Sangheli Imperial Lord Xytan Witanree underground waiting for him predicting his arrival in the core of the planet where B-312 were to deploy the Havoc nuke and after the most intense long fight with B-312 almost dying he managed to defeat Xytan, him falling deep in to the abyss of the planet but surviving and escaping it before B-312 successfully managed to blow up the planet and escape himself. Let me know if I'm wrong, but I was pretty sure he got pinned up against insurrectionists at one point or another. I remember reading somewhere that he was used as a personal grim reaper for a specific ONI officer.

Just a heads up, B-312 was pulled from Beta company before OPERATION: TORPEDO. Only Lucy and Tom survived that mission

They should've brought Noble 6 back in Halo 5 and had HIM hunt down Master Chief. At lwast like that, we could root for both of them. And we wouldn't care too much about Noble 6 being dead since we coukd play as him again.

Spartan B312 was a Lone Wolf Assassin, Saber pilot, counter-terrorist operator before his reassignment to Noble Team. He mainly fought against insurrectionists. I'm sure that he killed covenant too but he gained his reputation by having single-handedly broken terrorist organizations and made entire rebel groups disappear. I don't know where you got the other stories from, but you just left out the most obvious facts from his bio.

What makes it worse is that Noble Six being a part of the S3 program, means he was trained to be more focused on teamwork, unlike S2 who were mainly independent with the ability to work together. This means that he was passively at a disadvantage, having to become something he wasn’t trained for, and his team kept dying.

Imagine if he survived and made it on board the pillar of autumn. Him and chief, eventually arbiter, would be an invincible trio.

SB312 was pulled from Training shortly before operation torpedo, and worked under ONI likely as a headhunter, while he fought Covenant, it's likely he was tasked more heavily to target the insurrection based on the details we can learn from one of the books. B312 being dubbed as hyper lethal has actually been retconed, all Spartans are now dubbed Hyper Lethal.

Noble 6 never dies, it is his curse to live out lone wolf for eternity trying to grind out the “one final firefight” achievement, fail, then come back to life to try again.

I reached (ha no pun intended) a point on the last mission where they we sending almost nothing but energy sword Elites. I refused to die there, it took a lot of covenant to kill Noble 6 there

I think the black ink is for us players to fill out. Like writing our own story. So that we the players, can be part of the amazing lore of Halo 😊😊😊
