you should try making tracker packs invis or maybe even building iron golems in dm and making them invis (if they accidentally hit one their basically dead) also i think if you go to the lobby and rejoin the arrow goes away

unfortunately the iron golem thing is only for naturally spawned golems. like village golems will attack if you attack them, but not a player built one
