Salt is definitely the issue. Last year the Phillies were celebrated with their 87 wins making it all the way to the World Series. This year an 84 win team is a crime against the sport? Stfu.

The postseason format is definitely an issue. I was very upset when MLB decided for a day off/day on during the NLDS thing and it definitely hinders playing consistency.

Definitely was difficult keeping track of the off days and first pitch times ON TOP of what channel they were on

Baseball is baseball. The purists will watch no matter what ratings tell you. Seems like you’re just upset about the rule changes and the game evolving. I guarantee you the purist like myself, nor fans of the Diamondbacks or Rangers could care less about overall ratings. Baseball is life world wide whether in the USA Caribbean or Asia or any other countries with actual leagues that are streaming

I don't got cable and even if I did, neither the Rangers or the Diamondbacks are fun teams or significant teams. Nobody cares about them other than their respective hometowns, so no one tuned in.
