Dawnguard: Becoming a Vampire Lord pt. 4 [1080p]

[4/5] part series on the just released Dawnguard DLC for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I am playing as a 100% mage. Due to playing as a mage there are so many ways to kill people and a LOT of menu scrolling between spells, powers, and such. This is the full DLC path to becoming a vampire lord and the first quest you get to test out your new powers. I played the whole thing through as a Vampire as soon as I gained the ability and also showed off all the perks as well. This is the first quest for Dawnguard that you have to complete no matter which side you chose. All of the the cut-scenes/dialog not skipped (most options asked). No commentary just Skyrim. Enjoy!
Overview:
Part 1: How to start Dawnguard, Introduction, Beginning First Quest.
Part 2: Continuing quest, Major story part.
Part 3: New Dragon Shout, Finishing first quest, The choice, Becoming a Vampire Lord.
Part 4: First quest as vampire lord, testing abilities/powers.
Part 5: Finishing first vampire lord quest.
Note: If some spots fade out or cut randomly it is to save time from:
- Loading / Traveling (outside quest lines)
- Looting
- Lost my path for an embarrassing long time
- Various Xbox Live interactions
- Bloopers *will post at end of series
- Any other possible interruptions

No problem, glad you appreciate them! This is the first time I have ever recorded or uploaded a "let's play" type thing. I just felt most of the playthroughs were full of too much commentary or wasted time I never bothered watching them so I just uploaded it as I would wanna watch it. Thanks for the positive response.

I tend to think not. Werewolves get destroyed so fast due to loosing all your armor and I tend to never die when I'm in vampire lord form. And Vampires have a healing spell essentially using mist form. Plus you can ragdoll people around as vampire, turn into bats, and become something new that only people who own this DLC can turn into. (or mod PC obviously). But all in all it's personal opinion. I play as a mage, so it only makes sense to be a vampire in my opinion with my high Magicka.

You have a perk tree for Werewolf regardless. I would know since I became a werewolf through companion questline. And my werewolf is maxed and the DPS done to you is far greater as a werewolf vs a vampire lord. Though I guess if you play on Normal or even maybe Expert you wouldn't notice unless you go to Master difficulty. No they wont. Not even 'stage 4' will you be attacked. I haven't ever feed or drank blood once. Never gotten attacked by NPC's a single time with 100+ hours played as vamp.

No they do not actually. Which surprised me in fact. I was full vampire and didn't feed a single time and people of skyim didn't mind that apparently. If you are in mortal form (though I don't know if the main quest has to be done and they just know you saved the world or whatever and you can be a vampire if you want) but people won't attack you. Or at least they didn't in my game and haven't since.

Do civilians still freak out when they see you in mortal form?

haha, well luckily skyrim is a big enough place you can enjoy the great outdoors and not have to worry about caves. Unless you plan on doing any part of any quest, which 99% of the time you will end up in a cave :/ but yes, skyrim is amazing.
