Noel nailed it. You get one shot at life so why waste it with being depressed and miserable. OR letting people around you make you feel that way.

I remember hearing a radio interview with Noel when Definitely Maybe came out, and there was a massive buzz about Oasis being the new big thing, and he said 'The lifespan of a band is three albums'... and he's right.

I saw them in their prime on several occasions including Earls Court in 97 with The Verve supporting for £20 🤩 Oasis is done…people don’t realise the amount of gigs they played..check out their gigography and it is insane from when they started until 2009. Oasis played everywhere in the UK,tiny clubs,small venues right through to Arenas to Stadiums..hundreds & hundreds of gigs Just enjoy their music & keep the flame burning ✌🏾

Oasis always has a place in my heart I'm just sad that ill never get to see them live Their music is the soundtrack to my life but im happy atleast we have solo material from both Noel and Liam

this is a great one Zan, i could listen to Noels stories and his thoughts on music all day…funnily enough his choice of AiR is one of my fav songs too

We don’t need a reunion/money making expedition it’s done. If you were too young to see em that’s just timing I’m afraid. Besides…standing at the back of a stadium watching 5 guys the size of matchsticks isn’t a good gig imo

To tell you the truth, Noel ought to have finished the band in 1999, never mind 2009. The band hadn’t progressed whatsoever in the 2000s.

I was lucky enough to see Oasis in 1997 and twice in 2000 and I want to remember them being young, still huge and having number 1 records etc, not to become another Stones or them just doing it for the money. Oasis were together as recording artists from 1993-2009 and so it was hardly a flash in the pan brief career (unlike the asex Pistols or Nirvana) .... Having Oasis sing Rock N Roll Star now at nearly 60 (Noel) would be sad Oasis was about being young and embodied the rock n roll spirit. Noel's forgotten to play lead guitar now live and just won't cut it now and pull off Oasis gigs.

I love Oasis ❤❤❤always will!!! A reunion would be massive!! Why doesn't Noel realize that?! We need Oasis!! Give us fans who have never seen Oasis live a chance to see you!!

Tough if you didn't see them I did twice but 2005 first time so I even missed out on the great early days so that's life ,people would only film it on there phones anyway these days 😂

From SOTSOG on, apart from the odd track here and there, I lost interest and awaited the solo output.. Which didn't disappoint.. Liams out there doing the 90s nostalgia thing for the millennials who missed out and Noel is developing as a songwriter.. He's just released his finest solo album which is pretty good going for a bloke in his mid 50s

Always thought Liam was more of a potty mouth than Noel, but seems he's just as bad. But appreciate his comment about ending thing when they no longer forfilll your life, but it's not always easy to get out of that state of mind.
