Oh my god bro. This is so true for me....today was my day 7 and unfortunately..I relapsed. Till day 6, I didn't got any urges...but yesterday (i.e.,day 6) I got an urge while taking a cold shower...I somehow controlled it and didn't relapsed but today(i.e.,day7), the urge was insanely strong and I wasn't able to help it..... As you said in the video..., I think the urges on day 6-7 came because of the increase in testosterone levels. Now, as I know this.., I will prepare myself before day 6. Gotta bounce back again with huge momentum :D

You have to remember that many things can cause cravings. Testosterone is just one small thing. Most often it's low dopamine that causes cravings.

There are many factors that play a role in the “super powers” or energy you experience and WHEN you will see benefits. Diet for instance plays a MASSIVE role, sunlight, exercise levels, sobriety, you can even boost results by practicing intermittent fasting! Good luck!

I have one question. After reducing my browsing time, I find it hard to find things to do. I replaced phone time with reading and working out instead but I run of things to do. Say I read a book for an hour and then exercise for another hour. What do I do for the rest of my hours? Sure I can read again and exercise but that's boring if I repeat the same things.

You need to divide time bro 1- Early morning focus on breakfast , take shower , clean yourself 2- after 2hrs of breakfast, exercise for 1 hour 3- after that watch movies or series 4- read book in the afternoon 5- if you have nothing to do cook some food try a new recipe 6- in the evening workout again / water your plant 7- shower 8- dinner 9- scheduling for tomorrow 10- sleep early for 7/8hrs wake up early

I did talk about M without ejac. But never once did I say to use online adult entertainment. In fact I made it VERY clear to NOT use P. I was talking about M without P and without ejac. Now, perhaps you understood that, and are asking if it still could trigger a relapse, and the answer to that is, most definitely yes. It is playing with fire, and something that each and everyone should carefully think about before trying. I clearly stated the following in the article: "If you are afraid of relapses, or if you are in the beginning of your PMO reboot, then you should probably avoid this and save it until you are further along in your NoFap journey" Also, for future comments, do not use the word p**rn, as the YTB algorithm does not like that word and so your comments may get automatically blocked. In fact, perhaps you could edit your question as well, and replace the word with just P, or something :)
