NoFap does not work for you? You might want to take a look at today's video because today we are talking about lack of results.

#1 My videos are NOT here to try to force a certain lifestyle on anyone. My long term subscribers have heard me say the words "your life, your rules" in many of my videos. If fapping to adult sites is your thing and you don't feel any negative consequences, then hey, I have absolutely no problems with that, and if that's what you want, you should keep doing that. This is NOT about moralizing or about shaming anyone. Again, your life, your rules. My videos are simply here for those who WANT to give up adult sites because they've noticed it leading to negative consequences in their life, and I'm simply here to share my personal experiences with that. Those who wanna hate never had the patience to try no fap. They think all the benefits come over night. But in reality they take and effort to earn them.

Amen. Jesus is King and Lord. The interesting thing I see is that when a Christian gets rid of Pmo the Holy Spirit kind of withdraws a bit from that person like it wont come back full force until the detox from Sin has happened. God bless you

@ScandinavianBob I feel like nofap gave me bad luck. See, I tried nofap in 2020, and it was great for about 3 and a half years until 2023, when things changed. My mom treats me awful I lost about 25 family members My anger keeps growing, I'm stressed out more Idk, maybe it just me thinking too much Is this part of the process

I'm sure those haters are the kind of people, who buy self help books, i.e. about full body workout, with specific programme to follow, full of exercises and all, and after reading it, they write a complain letter to the author, stating, that they finished the book, but there is no change in their physique 😁😁

Day 104 of nofap journey but still in the flatline. Do I need to stop using mobile phone completely to heal flatline and speed up reboot. I only use it to watch this type of videos or religious or comedy videos for 2 hours daily. Need help

No that's not necessary. But try to live as healthy in general. Keep going. Let's hope you get out of it soon!
