I have beaten the game. If you have someone who has all Pokemon, but don't want to catch them yourself you can ask them to trade. BTW Magnemite, Magneton, 2 fossil Pokemon whose names I forgot and their evolutions as well as Porygon and it's 2 Evolutions (Porygon 2 and Porygon Z) are only available in Time Space distortions in select areas. The same goes for the starters, but with them you can also just get them by talking to the proffesor in the office.
