Process on connecting headphones and also noticed it supports newer 5.0 APTX LL 5.0. The option of hearing both speaker and headphone audio is also included in both models.

Always relevant information. Always well explained. Never a blag or contradiction.. For me, as an old-timer, it's bang on to to enjoy listening to, and learning more from, a bona fide metal detectorist and proper tester. Nothing worse than self ordained 'professors'. They're "mildly entertaining"...for about thirty seconds: and I'm bored and gone💤. Cheers Mike, for all that you do for us 👍.

I was looking for them on Amazon and cannot find them but they are Aptx LL 5.0 headphones. I bought them a couple years ago.

Hi, the Legend has allot more features when it comes to tone options. For depth and separation its right there with the Legend.

Wonder what the battery life of detector is? I’ve got the Legend so I won’t be buying either machine. Just curious.

I think both machines only run in multi with no single frequency options so battery life will vary depending on which multi versions they allow. I know my legend on M1(low frequency) will only run about 5- hours on a charge. On 40khz single it will run 20 hours.

Definitely comparable to the Legend. Not sure if its the same battery.

@@MrBottlecapBill I can’t go for more then 1-1 1/2 hours max on my Legend no matter what I’m running in before it’s starts shutting down. Will turn on then 30 min shuts down & will keep repeating. I’m sending it in once the ground freezes. I have to bring the external battery pack fully charged if I want to hunt for a 4-5 hours.
