Nah, that's not correct. JoJo doesn't have the cosmology scaling to rival Goku, since he's at least 5D through Dimension Of Strange Swirling Lights scaling. Maybe if you equalize cosmologies though.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the DB verse would lose. Only stand users can see stands, and only stands can harm stands(with some very specific exceptions) so they're facing an invisible enemy. Sure they can attack Dio himself, but time stop is a bitch.

but you forget in dragon ball if you are physically stronger than your opponent you can override their haxs and also goku would be much faster and harder to hit

@@bootyburglar561 That's because hax in DB still use ki and affect a limited area. Far different from the rules of time manipulation in Jojo which had been shown to affect the whole universe.

Goku still scales higher than him as he is literally Complex Multiversal in base form just because of how big the Dragon Ball cosmology really is

All it takes is one punch that goku expects to not be lethal, he blocks, it still hits his arms. Bam erased from reality. And goku cannot see TWOH so he'd be fighting a reality warping being as well as a ghost at FTL speeds that can also stop time.
