A 17 year-old female was diagnosed with severe Class III malocclusion and deepbite. The patient preferred a camouflage treatment with extraction of the lower third molars. A passive self-ligation appliance in combination with bite turbos, buccal shelf and IZC miniscrews, and Class III elastics were used to retract the lower arch. After 22 months of treatment, significant improvement in esthetics and function was achieved.
