@@kveltman4672 Turn on closed captioning. But what he said sounded pretty clear to me: squeeze your back (at the top of the lift) and reposition your legs. Squeezing the back (i.e. rotating the shoulders back) exercises the shoulders and upper body. Positioning the legs so you pull up straighter rather than snatching it in an arch.

That's called cognitive dissonance. You might have experienced it with people who are playing videogames and suddenly start cussing "cheater!" to someone who beat them. It's a psychological "safety blanket" that we evolved to use when reality is uncomfortable; we literally fabricate a reality that is more comfortable. The guy who shot me in COD is cheating. The small dude who just lifted my weights must have lifted fake weights; he cheated. It's automatic and if one isn't cognizant of it and other biases that play into it, they will inevitably fall victim.
